Welcome!

As a body-centered breath therapist, I provide a safe space for you to work on your well-being.

My background

I was born in 1972 in the port of Civitavecchia near Rome, and since then I have sailed through both calm waters and stormy seas. My life has been richly shaped by experiences. Travel, study, family life, raising children, and working in different fields. My great source of strength is the water, and, in general, a sense of closeness to the elements. I lower my anchor for meditation, yoga, reading, and writing.

Professional history

During my earlier professional years, I led teams and managed projects for multinational corporations. At a turning point in my life, I returned to school, earned a degree in documentary filmmaking, and worked on various cultural projects for a few years.

As the waves settled and the water cleared, it became evident that I had to answer another call. I started training in the healthcare sector while deepening my Zen practice.

Today, I work as a certified complementary therapist in my private practice. I organize and co-host seminars and write on a range of topics.
